Immersive Bush Walks

Guided on foot rather than by vehicle, this activity slows the pace to notice what a game drive would miss. Field guides point out tracks pressed into the sand, chewed bark, dung and other small clues, piecing together which animals passed, and when. The approach draws on smell, touch and sound as much as sight. Open to guests aged sixteen and over for safety reasons; younger children instead join the Junior Ranger Programme, with its own guided walks, spoor casting and tracking lessons suited to their age.
