Classic Room

Available as single, double or twin, the Classic Room sits within Mweya Safari Lodge overlooking the Kazinga Channel, with balcony views towards Lakes George and Edward and, on clear days, the Rwenzori Mountains. Warthogs graze within sight of the balcony doors, fitted in every room. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, electronic safe, telephone and fan. The lodge stands on the peninsula where Henry Morton Stanley made the first European visit, in 1889, and where the channel's slow-moving water still separates Lake George from Lake Edward.
