Oceana Villa Clifton
Bungalow 52 sits on Nettleton Road, a quiet cul-de-sac above Clifton Fourth Beach in Cape Town. The position is elevated: the villa looks out over the Atlantic and towards the Twelve Apostles peaks rising behind the city bowl, and in the late afternoon that view takes in the full run of the sunset behind the range.
The villa has six bedrooms, including one dedicated wheelchair-accessible en-suite bedroom. A central lift and circular staircase connect the floors. The kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau appliances and runs to full catering spec. The al fresco entertaining area opens onto a rim-flow infinity pool that sits level with the view. Inside, a home cinema runs Bose surround sound, an eighty-inch LCD screen, satellite television, and Blu-ray and DVD players; the bar has its own plasma screen. The master suite has a seventy-inch plasma, its own DVD and surround-sound system, and a spa bath. A sauna is also on site. The property carries Wi-Fi throughout most of the villa.
Clifton Fourth Beach is directly below, reached on foot. The cul-de-sac means through traffic is not a factor.
