Olaado Camp is a seasonal, moveable camp in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, set up during the months when wildlife and conditions make it worth being there — June through February — and taken down and repositioned when they do not. The same family also runs a camp in Tarangire National Park, operating on the same seasonal logic.

Eight canvas tents are sited across the savannah to face open views. Each has a comfortable bed with cotton bedding, a private veranda with camp chairs, and an en-suite bathroom at the rear with a washbasin and flush toilet. Showers are the traditional bush type: filled with warm water on request, either after a day's game drive or early in the morning before heading out. A small solar system keeps the lights on around the clock.

The dining tent has a wooden floor and a canvas roof, and seats up to fifteen people. Meals are served as a multi-course menu and eaten at a shared table. A bar occupies one section of the same tent. After dark, an evening fire burns beside the tent, and staff escort guests back to their tents when they are ready to turn in.

The camp carries no permanent footprint — it comes down at the end of the season and is rebuilt where the season next makes sense.
