O:LV HOTEL is a 26-suite adults-only property in San Juan's Condado district, positioned between the Condado Lagoon and the Atlantic shore. Six suite categories range from interior Design Suites with rainfall showers to the 440 sq ft Infinity Suite, which holds a living room with bar, dual-sink marble bathroom, and a balcony that faces unobstructed lagoon water. Leather-and-brass walls back king-size beds in most configurations. The Gallery Suite arranges two queen beds with separate privacy zones and opens onto a balcony with partial lagoon views. Portfolio and Panorama Suites feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and outdoor lounge furniture on their balconies.

A rooftop infinity pool overlooks the lagoon; the adjacent solarium is guest-only and includes cabana seating designed by Puerto Rican designer Jean Cintrón. DRGN, helmed by chef Roberto Treviño, serves Asian-Caribbean fusion Tuesday through Saturday evenings, with sushi, robata-grilled plates, and tropical ingredients in unexpected pairings. Dante occupies the rooftop and applies Italian technique to local and imported ingredients across handmade pasta, seasonal plates, and wine selections; breakfast runs daily from 8am to 11am. Valet parking, accessible elevators, and one mobility-accessible Design Suite with roll-in shower and grab bars are available.
