Set against the Nyaruswiga Hills in the Central Serengeti, this lodge sits minutes from the Seronera airstrip in one of the park's richest game areas. It is a compact camp, just fourteen tents, twelve of them one-bedroom units of 63 sq.m and two family tents of 108 sq.m sleeping up to six. Every tent looks out over open savannah, close enough that passing wildlife can be watched from the bed or the private veranda. Each has an ensuite bathroom with both an indoor and an outdoor shower plus a separate copper tub, along with engineered oak floors and a wood-burning stove for cool nights. Guests get a stocked minibar, complimentary Wi-Fi and laundry, and a private shaded deck. Game drives run in open four- and six-seater vehicles fitted with leather seats, chargers, a fridge and binoculars for each guest. The Central Serengeti location gives one of the longer windows for spotting the Great Migration, with Big Five sightings possible through much of the year. Beyond the vehicle, the lodge runs bush breakfasts, sundowners, guided walks and a Maasai village visit, along with trips to Ngorongoro Crater, Olduvai Gorge and Moru Kopjes. There is a telescope for stargazing on clear nights. Check-in runs from noon.
