Set high among eucalyptus trees, Long Pavilion looks over a horizon of surrounding islands, and the sunset lights the water before candlelight and white linen take over for dinner. The menu is casual modern Australian, pairing ocean-fresh South Pacific flavours with organic local produce, and covers classics built on good meat, seafood and other Queensland produce. It is qualia's more relaxed restaurant, with a broader menu than its counterpart, Pebble Beach, designed to suit a wider range of tastes. Polished timber and glass complete the room as twilight turns to night.
