Elevated Chalet

One of eight elevated, open-fronted, twin-bedded chalets raised on mopane poles in the style of traditional BaTonga stilted huts. The design allows natural airflow through the room, keeping it cool in summer without air-conditioning, and the open front faces the lake, so wildlife can sometimes be seen from the bed. Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom with an outside shower, mosquito netting, a fan, a balcony or deck, and a lounge area. Cotton linen, tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Water comes from an on-site filtration system and storage tank.
