Built on red cliffs above Kingfisher Bay north of Vilanculos, Santorini Mozambique faces the Bazaruto Archipelago across turquoise water. White-washed walls and domed ceilings mark the architecture. The property comprises five suites in the Main Villa, two exclusive-use villas, and one stand-alone suite. Each Main Villa suite opens onto a private patio or balcony with sea views. Santa Carolina, the largest, carries 270-degree sightlines; Bazaruto holds an outdoor bath and double shower. Villa na Colina, set apart on the hillside, is a one-bedroom suite with a heated pool in its own courtyard. The Chapel, a two-bedroom villa, accommodates four guests with a dedicated host and chef. Villa da Praia holds four bedrooms and sleeps eight, spread over multiple levels with private dining areas.

Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and snorkelling gear are available for use from the beach. Traditional dhow cruises depart at sunset; private catamaran charters cross to the archipelago islands. Guided kite-surfing, deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving on the reefs operate through third-party providers. A rooftop sala bar overlooks the water. The on-site spa, Spa na Colina, offers massage treatments. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included; meals draw from the property's vegetable garden and local catch. A wood-fired pizza oven operates in the courtyard at lunch. The Hole in the Wall cellar stocks South African wines and spirits. Wireless internet, laundry service, and airport transfers from Vilanculos are complimentary.
