Specialist Walking Safari

This is safari on foot, led by a specialist walking guide qualified to focus entirely on the experience rather than splitting attention with vehicle duties. Groups are capped at six guests per guide, keeping the pace personal, and larger parties may be assigned a private vehicle for support. No prior training is needed. Guests move through the Okavango's channels, floodplains and islands at ground level, reading tracks and detail a vehicle would pass by. It can be arranged throughout a stay at Shinde Footsteps, alongside game drives, mokoro excursions and night drives.
