Game Drives
Twice-daily drives across Grumeti's grasslands with a personal guide
Skip to product information
Twice daily, morning and afternoon, guests head out with a personal Field Guide across Grumeti's grasslands, riverine woodland and rocky outcrops in the Serengeti ecosystem. Species regularly encountered include lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, cheetah, Maasai giraffe, Bat-eared fox and the rare Colobus monkey; between late November and October, wildebeest migration herds move through the wider region depending on rainfall. Morning drives start as light hits the treetops; evening drives end with a sundowner stop in the bush before a night drive back, when nocturnal animals are often visible. Trackers and guides work with Singita's conservation Trusts and know the terrain closely.
