Bumbung Sea View Room

One of seven rooms set on the upper level of a two-storey pavilion, above the Serambi Sea View Rooms. It matches those rooms in size and furnishings, but has no verandah; instead, windows frame a double outlook onto the tropical garden below and the South China Sea beyond. Interiors combine dark timber and rattan detailing with cleaner, contemporary lines, fitted with air conditioning, a lounge area and pure cotton linen. Perched above the garden canopy, it works as a quiet upper-storey retreat within the resort's traditional Malay-style pavilions, close to the shore but a floor removed from the ground-level bustle.
