Serambi Sea View Room

Part of a set of twenty-three units, each Serambi Sea View Room sits on the ground or first floor of a double-storey pavilion at Tanjong Jara Resort, built in the graceful proportions of a classical Istana. A personal verandah looks out over the South China Sea and the tropical gardens below. Inside, the en-suite bathroom has two vanity units and separate bath and shower. Rooms are furnished with a lounge area, pure cotton linen and air conditioning, with timber and rattan detailing throughout. The resort itself holds an Aga Khan Award for architecture.
