Mandarin Oriental The Landmark occupies a tower at 15 Queen's Road Central, one of Hong Kong Island's main business addresses. The hotel holds one hundred and thirteen rooms and suites, designed by Joyce Wang. The building sits directly above the Central MTR station, which puts most of Hong Kong Island within a few minutes by rail, and the Airport Express station is a short walk away.

The seventh floor carries seven Michelin stars across its restaurants. Sushi Shikon holds three of them and serves traditional Edomae sushi. Amber is a contemporary kitchen where the menu runs to line-caught fish — red amadai with Savoy cabbage and seaweed purée is a current dish. SOMM pairs a French neo-bistro menu with a wine and sake list. Rin serves modern Japanese. Below the restaurant floor, BLANC DE NOIRS is a champagne bar with a five-hundred-label cellar, including rare cuvées. The Communal is a coffee space on the lobby level.

In-room dining draws from the same kitchens and runs around the clock. A spa operates within the building. The hotel's dining and room bookings are handled separately — Sushi Shikon takes reservations through its own line.
