The Pinnacle Kigali

Each room at The Pinnacle Kigali carries its own theme. Royal Respite works in black and white, a nod to local cattle culture. Golden Guild leans on a banana fibre headboard and earthy tones. Jasper Jewel runs bright and busy, a reference to Kenya, where the hotel's founding idea began. Rooms come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, a minibar, a coffee machine and a private bathroom. The Pinnacle Suite, at 55 square metres, sits in the quietest corner of the property and adds a separate living room, an office and a walk-in his and hers closet, with views over the infinity pool and the city beyond.
Dining spreads across several distinct spaces. Ubudasa serves Mediterranean dishes and wood-fired pizza by the salt-water pool. Icyirenga cooks Teppanyaki-style in front of guests, and Ishami's rooftop terrace opens onto a wide view of Kigali City below. Uruhimbi runs a fine dining room with adjustable lighting and sound, and a separate champagne bar for smaller celebrations. Ubuki, tucked beside the Teppanyaki restaurant, pours whiskey and whiskey-based cocktails with a tapas menu. Guests can also book a chef's table, tasting menus with wine pairings, or a cocktail-making class using Rwandan spirits and herbs. The hotel arranges gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park and day trips into the surrounding savannah. Parking is on site.
