The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong occupies floors 106 to 118 of the International Commerce Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, West Kowloon — 490 metres above sea level. You reach the hotel by a ninety-second elevator ride from the lobby at floor 103, where a ceiling mural marks the arrival point. Every room and suite looks out over Victoria Harbour or the Hong Kong skyline.

There are five dining venues, all on the upper floors. Tin Lung Heen serves refined Cantonese food and dim sum and holds two Michelin stars. Tosca di Angelo is Italian fine dining with one Michelin star, high ceilings, fountains, and chandeliers. Café 103, named for its floor, runs lunch and dinner buffets with local and international dishes. The Lounge and Bar serves breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails with harbour views. Ozone, the rooftop bar on floor 118, has a dress code and requires no athletic wear or open-toed shoes.

The hotel has a spa, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, and over seventeen thousand square feet of event and meeting space. The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, available to guests in club-level rooms and suites, has floor-to-ceiling windows over the city and harbour.

Kowloon Station, directly below the tower, connects to the Airport Express — Hong Kong International Airport is thirty-two kilometres away and roughly twenty-one minutes by train. The M+ museum and Hong Kong Palace Museum are a short walk through the West Kowloon Cultural District.
