The Ritz-Carlton Vienna
Part of Phasec create
The Ritz-Carlton Vienna occupies four historic palaces on the Ringstrasse, the boulevard that rings Vienna's first district. The buildings carry Renaissance, Baroque and Gothic detailing; inside, the hotel has two hundred and two rooms and a set of facilities that are unusual for this part of the city. The indoor pool runs eighteen metres — the longest in the inner city — and sits alongside a full spa. Up on the roof, the Atmosphere Rooftop Bar looks out over the city's roofline.
The Stadtpark is directly adjacent, and from the front door most of the first district's main cultural sites are within walking distance. That location on the Ringstrasse puts you close to the Staatsoper, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and the network of streets that make up the historic centre.
For events, the hotel has a Crystal Ballroom with crystal-embedded walls, used for balls, weddings and formal dinners. Vienna runs more than four hundred and fifty balls each year, and the hotel has venues built to that scale. Meeting and function rooms are available alongside the ballroom.
The hotel is in Innere Stadt, Vienna's first and most central district, directly on the Ringstrasse tram line.
