The Robertson Small Hotel stands on Van Reenen Street in Robertson, inside a Manor House built in 1909 and now listed as a National Monument. The building retains its original high embossed ceilings and large windows that open onto a veranda — structural features of the 1909 construction, not later additions. Ten suites are spread across three distinct buildings: three suites in the Manor House itself, three Stable suites overlooking their own pool, and Poolside suites with wooden decks and direct pool access. Every suite has a king-size bed, minibar, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, underfloor heating, and air conditioning.

The Small Restaurant occupies the Manor House and opens onto a patio facing the gardens. The kitchen works to a classic menu of seasonal dishes built on local produce, paired with wines from the Robertson Valley — the hotel sits along Route 62, one of the longer wine routes in the country. All meals, across the three daily sittings, are by prior arrangement rather than open walk-in. Rose Ashby, previously of Spring Restaurant in Somerset, leads the kitchen.

Beyond the Manor House, the hotel has a spa — the Zest Spa — two separate pool areas, a bar, and a conference room. Airport transfers are available on request. Robertson is roughly ninety minutes from Cape Town by road.
