Rancho Club Rio sits at the Club Rio Adventure Center, a few steps from the river and hot springs, with rainforest rising along the canyon walls above. The structure is open-sided with a thatched palm roof, giving diners a clear line of sight to the water and forest canopy. The menu mixes Costa Rican staples, including ceviche, guava-glazed churrasco steak and a seafood rice dish, alongside burgers, sandwiches and lighter snacks. The bar serves drinks through the afternoon, making it a natural stop before or after kayaking, horse riding or a guided walk. Guests can sit and watch the rapids move past while the forest sounds carry over from across the canyon.
