Tintswalo Safari
Part of Phasec create
Tintswalo Safari Lodge sits inside the Manyeleti Nature Reserve in Mpumalanga, a private reserve of twenty-seven thousand hectares that borders the greater Kruger ecosystem. It is the only five-star lodge in the reserve. The lodge holds eight Explorer Suites, each with a private plunge pool on a wooden deck that looks out over the bush, a king bed, and a full bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower. Two larger options — the Grant Suite and the Baines Presidential Suite — each sleep four people across two rooms and include a shared deck and plunge pool. The Manor House sleeps up to ten and suits families or groups; it comes with a private game-viewing vehicle, ranger, tracker, and a butler.
The lodge is positioned along a seasonal riverbed, which concentrates wildlife movement in front of the property. Game drives run with guides and trackers; on-site activities also include guided game walks, rhino tracking, bird watching, and a game-viewing hide. The spa offers massages and treatments.
No meal is served in the same place twice. Breakfasts go out into the bush, lunches are served on the deck, dinners move between the main dining room and a wine cellar. A bar, barbeque facilities, and a restaurant round out the food and beverage offer. Airport transfers are available on request, and the lodge operates in English and Afrikaans.
