The 12 Apostles Hotel sits on Victoria Road in Camps Bay, with the Twelve Apostles mountain range and Table Mountain National Park rising directly behind it and the Atlantic Ocean in front. It holds seventy individually designed rooms and suites, from Classic Rooms of thirty-three square metres up to the Presidential Suite, which has a wrap-around terrace, an eight-seat dining room, and a collection of South African art. Breakfast is included across all room categories.
Azure Restaurant handles fine dining — Executive Chef Christo Pretorius runs a menu of local and international dishes including fresh oysters, seafood, and vegetarian options. The Café Grill serves an all-day menu around the clock. The Leopard Bar offers cocktails and live entertainment most evenings and draws both guests and Capetonians. The Conservatory serves afternoon tea with scones, jams, and finger sandwiches. The Apostles Braai, a thirty-two-seat room of mirrored walls and picture windows in the hotel's indigenous gardens, is available for private functions.
The hotel runs a sixteen-seat private cinema with five screenings a day. The spa is on-site, as are an infinity pool and a heated rock pool. Hotel staff can accompany guests on guided mountain walks into Table Mountain National Park, and the kitchen will pack a picnic for the trail. A complimentary shuttle runs to the V&A Waterfront and the city centre, fifteen minutes away. The hotel has a helipad.
