Villa Flavia Boutique Hotel

Villa Flavia Heritage Boutique Hotel is a family property that preserves Roman bath ruins from the first and second century AD beneath a building designed in French Art Nouveau idiom with original architectural elements drawn from 1920s archives. The hotel stands on Otets Paisiy street in central Plovdiv, 50 metres from the main pedestrian thoroughfare and 500 metres from the Ancient Theatre. The excavated ruins occupy the foundation level and remain open and exhibited. You can walk among the thermae remnants that once formed part of the city's aqueduct complex when Plovdiv was the ancient Philippopolis.

Six Modern rooms span 15–16 m² and offer double or twin configuration. Five Premium rooms at 17–19 m² provide King-size or Super King-size beds. One Junior Suite measures 24 m² with twin beds and a sofa bed. Two one-bedroom apartments include separate living rooms with sofa beds. Custom paintings by Bulgarian artist Vasil Stoev hang in each room, incorporating Roman mosaic motifs. Beds feature Italian professional mattresses and high-quality cotton satin linen. All rooms include USB connectors, electronic safes, coffee machines, interactive television, and organic toiletries.

Breakfast is served in the landscaped courtyard or winter garden. A rooftop terrace overlooks Plovdiv's roofscape.
