Visit Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls stretches over one point six kilometres of sheer cliff along the Zambia-Zimbabwe border, and looks different depending on when you go. Early in the year, high water hits the rock with such force that buildings miles away shake, throwing up spray and double rainbows. From late October to early January, the water drops and the hundred-metre-deep canyon opens up, exposing boiling rapids and the fast cataract on the west side. Paths run along both rims. Guests are encouraged to see the Falls from the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides, since each gives a distinct view of the same water.
