Main Lodge

This is the original homestead, its rooms varying from broad open lounges to snugger corners like the Palliser Room and Drawing Room. Old fireplaces and period furniture give the whole building a settled, old-fashioned weight. Its centre is the Main Lounge, a room large enough to gather in yet still calm enough for an armchair and a book. Beyond it, the Dining Room leads to a Country Kitchen with marble worktops and a conservatory, where guests can watch the cooking. Suites here come with underfloor heating, fireplaces, a mini bar, and cotton linen. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included throughout.
