The Dhow Suite at Zarafa, an immense 210 square metres (2,260 sq ft) in extent, is under beige, flowing canvas, with canopy ceilings and completely open (yet netted) sides. Entering through the heavy wood Lamu door transports guests to a lavish space of deep reds, browns, brass and copper, evoking richness and beauty. Central to The Dhow Suites are a full lounge and dining area fitted dining table, coffee table with cappuccino machine and a full-length leather couch and chairs. Two large bedrooms are connected to either side of the main area designed with an open layout bathroom with impressive copper claw foot bath, indoor shower, separate loo and double basins and even an open fire, with copper flue, to heat the room in winter. A large decking area fronts onto the suites with a 5 x 2.5 metre swimming pool, exercise bike and outdoor showers for each room, all with views of pristine Botswana wilderness. The adjoining main camp has a curio shop for those who need retail therapy and an in-room massage is also available.

ZAR 9935 per unit per night

- Fully inclusive of accommodation, scheduled wildlife viewing activities, all meals, return airstrip road transfers, laundry services, nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages including premium brand spirits and champagne.

- Exclusive of the mandatory nightly Great Plains Foundation conservation levy and spa treatments.

- The return scheduled seat in plane air transfers from Maun and/or Kasane Airports, as well as inter-camp air transfers from Great Plains properties and those third parties in the greater Okavango Delta and Linyanti/Savuti regions, to this camp are automatically included in the nightly rate - subject to a minimum 2 night stay. Where air transfers are from properties located outside of these regions, supplementary charges will be applicable.

- * For all multiple single-room reservations in shoulder and low season, a single supplement will apply from the 2nd single room.

- Each suite, including The Dhow Suite at Zarafa, includes complimentary use of a pair of high-quality binoculars and a professional camera set, including camera body and lenses. Photos will be digitally presented to guests on departure.
