At Plek, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the travel services that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to provide you with peace of mind.

Our refund policy covers the following:

  1. Cancellation by you: If you cancel your travel services, we will provide you with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the start of the travel services. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the travel services, we will provide a refund less any non-refundable expenses we have incurred, such as non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees charged by our suppliers.

  2. Cancellation by us: If we cancel your travel services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid.

  3. Failure to provide services: If we fail to provide the travel services that you have purchased for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid.

To request a refund, please contact us by email at hello@plek.co.za with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond to your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 7 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
