Set on Central Avenue along historic Route 66 fifteen minutes west of Old Town Albuquerque, the resort offers full-hookup sites for recreational vehicles and two self-catering lodges. Pull-through and back-in sites accommodate rigs up to seventy feet with 30/50-amp service, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi; many feature concrete patios and picnic tables. Gated entry and quiet hours from 10 pm protect rest. A seasonal heated pool, hot tub, fenced dog park, bathhouses, laundry, propane fill, and a camp store with groceries and RV supplies serve guests year-round.

The two lodges—Coyote Moon and Road Runner—each sleep seven across a queen bedroom, a sleeping loft with two full mattresses, and a living area with a couch. Both include a full kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils, a bathroom with shower, cable television, an electric fireplace, and a covered porch. Coyote Moon adds a side deck with views of the Sandia Mountains. Linens and towels are provided. Pets are permitted in the lodges with a fifty-dollar deposit per animal.

The resort lies eight miles west of the plaza and museums of Old Town and six miles southwest of Petroglyph National Monument. Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, seventeen miles northeast, rises 2.7 miles to the summit at 10,378 feet. Horseshoe pits, a playground, and walking trails thread the grounds. Monthly sites are available.
