Stone, timber, and glass frame each chalet window; beyond them the Chatkal Ridge drops into the valley floor. Two gondola lifts—Prima and Amirsoy Express—climb to the main resort area at 2,290 metres above sea level. The Prima cabin holds eight; the Express carries ten. Forty-eight chalets stand in alpine style across the property. The Suite Chalet runs to 209 m² over two storeys: ground-floor sitting room with 65-inch television and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms downstairs and two above, each with en-suite bath and 42-inch screen. Stone basins, timber panelling. Beds carry blended-fibre mattresses; Amouage amenities stock the bathrooms. Deluxe and Premium Deluxe units are smaller; the Presidential Suite mirrors the footprint of the Suite Chalet. Every unit opens onto a panoramic terrace. Red Rock Hammam & Spa includes a traditional Russian banya. A heated outdoor pool sits beside the chalets. Rope-park crossings stretch between artificial poles at heights of 2.5 to 7 metres.
