Anissa Beach & Village Hotel

Hotel Anissa Beach & Village occupies a seafront site at Anissaras on Crete's northern coast, 22 kilometres east of Heraklion. Three hundred and fifteen rooms are distributed across the main building and two annexes — Knossos in the garden and Athina opposite reception. The hotel has been undergoing renovation; by 2026 the entire inventory will be refitted. Superior double rooms of 17 to 21 m² hold twin beds and walk-in showers; garden-view versions sit in both the main building and Knossos, while sea-view doubles occupy the main building and Knossos only. Superior comfort rooms, spanning 21 to 28 m², add a sofa that converts to a third bed. Suites of 28 to 32 m² separate bedroom and sitting room with a sliding door; two sofas accommodate up to four guests. Selected suites and comfort rooms come with individual pools on private terraces. VIP sea-view suites in Knossos run 35 m² and include bathrobes, slippers, coffee station, and a daily-refilled minibar. New two-storey garden villas measure 115 m², holding four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchenettes, and a private pool. Each villa has a parking space with an electric-vehicle charging point and a barbecue area. The restaurant serves Cretan and international dishes; a poolside bar operates at one of three pools — a main freshwater pool, a children's pool, and an indoor pool. A spa, gym, and sports courts are on site. The beach is accessible directly from the property.
