Wine tastings at Baglio Sorìa take place in dedicated rooms where sommeliers guide guests through Firriato labels grown in the surrounding vineyards. Cooking classes run in a demonstration kitchen where chef Andrea Macca prepares Sicilian dishes — trapanese couscous among them — which participants then eat together. The restored sixteenth-century baglio sits on a hill below Monte Erice in western Sicily, with views reaching the Egadi archipelago. Sixteen rooms occupy the converted estate, each air-conditioned with flat-screen television and minibar. The Santagostino Restaurant sources ingredients from local producers and serves Sicilian recipes reworked by Macca from breakfast through dinner.

A rooftop Sky Lounge overlooks Trapani, the salt pans of Marsala, and on clear days Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo. Two wine bars operate on-site, and a wine shop stocks Firriato reserves. An outdoor pool with loungers opens in summer months. Reception hours run from half past seven until eleven in the evening, with night cover available. The estate originally comprised the main house, storage buildings, craft workshops, and farmworkers' cottages. Wireless internet reaches all rooms and common areas. Free parking sits on the property.
