Bamboo Lodge

Set on the banks of a private lake between Hazyview and Sabie, Bambuu Lakeside Lodge holds ten rooms. Four sit in the main lodge building on the shore; six are built into the lake itself. Each lake room is 45 m², has a queen bed, a rain shower, a minibar, and a private patio over the water. The three double rooms on the bank are 60 m² and accommodate two adults and one child, with a king bed, a single bed, double basins, a rain shower, satellite television, a coffee maker, and a furnished indoor balcony.

Breakfast is served on a pontoon bridge in the centre of the lake. An infinity pool overlooks the water. The main building holds a restaurant and bar, open to non-residents, with an open kitchen behind a counter. An on-site hiking trail runs through the property. You can arrange guided Kruger safaris and Panorama Route tours through the lodge; field guides collect guests in open vehicles. Phabeni Gate into Kruger National Park is twenty-five kilometres from the property. The lodge offers shuttle transfers and can arrange abseiling, river rafting, mountain biking, and quad biking. Wireless internet is complimentary. Secure parking is available.
