Executive Chef Gary Coetzee sources produce from farms in the Paarl Valley and writes menus that shift with the seasons. Lunch runs Wednesday through Sunday from midday to half past three; dinner Thursday through Saturday from six until half past eight. The tasting room offers flights of Brookdale and Mason Road wines — both ranges pressed on the property under winemakers Xander Sadie and Shanice du Preez. Mediterranean varietals dominate the plantings: the terroir and fermentation techniques combine to produce blends uncommon in South Africa.
The estate holds a manor house with six suites, a second lodge opening in March 2026, trails through replanted indigenous fynbos, and a private helipad. You can walk the vineyard rows unguided or arrange mountain-bike hire through the estate office. The facility is cashless. Secure parking lies adjacent to the cellar building on Hawequa Bos Pad road.
