Set at 2,000 metres on the Saiq plateau in Jabal Akhdar, the resort occupies one of Oman's highest mountain ranges, five minutes by road from green terraced farms. Fifty-two chalets hold rooms and suites that range from 32-sq. m Deluxe Rooms to 126-sq. m three-bedroom suites. Each room includes a private balcony or covered terrace, minibar, and tea and coffee facilities. Studios add a kitchenette. Suites spread across 56, 86, or 126 sq. m with separate living areas.

Veranda Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner from an international menu. Bedouin focuses on traditional Omani and Middle Eastern dishes with a live band nightly. Sky View Restaurant overlooks the plateau with Mediterranean cuisine.

An outdoor pool sits beside the main lodge. Guided hikes lead to Al Aqr, Al Ayn, and Ash Shirayjay villages, crossing the ancient falaj irrigation channels. Wadi Bani Habib routes suit all fitness levels. Between late August and mid-May, pomegranate harvests and rosewater-making sessions take place in surrounding farms. The resort arranges transfers from Muscat International Airport and day trips to Nizwa Fort, constructed in 1650 and one of the country's most visited monuments.
