Epacha Game Lodge & Spa

Driving twice daily through the 13,000-hectare Epacha Private Game Reserve, guests at Epacha Game Lodge & Spa track Black-faced Impala, Bat-eared Fox, and other species with professional bush rangers. Eighteen thatched chalets and one three-bedroom villa occupy elevated ground with views over the reserve below. Each chalet spans 85 m² and opens onto a balcony. Inside-and-outside showers, full-size bathtubs, and air-conditioning are standard. The Royal Impala Villa holds three en-suite bedrooms around a central lounge and terrace; it accommodates six adults. The main lodge building houses a restaurant serving five-course dinners, a library, and a wine cellar. An infinity pool and pool-bar overlook the reserve. Mystique Spa offers two treatment rooms plus an open-air duo-treatment room, sauna, and steam room. Morning drives depart before sunrise; afternoon drives extend into night drives to reveal nocturnal species. Full-day excursions to Etosha National Park include packed breakfast and picnic lunch; entrance fees are part of the package. Clay pigeon shooting takes place at a dedicated site on the reserve. Visits to a Himba village on neighbouring Vierling farm last two hours and are led by a local guide. A conference room is available for corporate groups.
