Twelve campsites with private facilities 6.5 kilometres from Etosha National Park's southern gate
Established adjacent to Etosha National Park, Etosha Trading Post is 6.5 kilometres from the Andersson Gate at Okaukuejo. The site holds eight individual campsites and four group campsites. Each individual campsite includes a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin, plus a shaded area, a grass patch for tents, barbeque, electricity, and taps. Four group campsites share separate men's and women's ablution blocks with showers and basins. All sites are equipped with lights and barbeque areas. A pool sits between the group campsites.
The on-site shop stocks groceries, snacks, cold drinks, and farm-style takeaway meals. A curio deck carries gifts and keepsakes. The fuel station supplies diesel and petrol, and a tyre workshop operates alongside. Campsites look towards a nearby waterhole. Breakfast, lunch, and buffet dinner are available at Etosha Village, 5.5 kilometres away by road. Guided game drives depart from Etosha Village into the park with a guide. Sundowner drives head into the Mopane foothills in late afternoon. Sunrise walks follow footpaths through the Mopane forest, and stargazing sessions run after dark.
