The property occupies the converted Omaruru Dampf Bakery on Wilhelm Zeraua Road in the Erongo town of Omaruru. Five rooms hold seventeen beds in total: three double rooms and two family suites. Family Room 1 was the owner's apartment when the building functioned as a bakery. This three-room suite spans 65 m² with two separate bedrooms, air-conditioning in both, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas hob, toaster, kettle, and microwave. One bedroom holds two beds that can form a king or split into singles; the second holds three beds. Family Room 2 covers 70 m² and sleeps five across two bedrooms. Each double room measures 36 m² with two beds that convert to a king configuration or separate. All beds use cotton linens, mosquito nets, and duvets. En-suite bathrooms include showers and cotton towels. Each room has satellite television, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fan, a mini-bar, and a kitchenette. The owner is an artist; room interiors reflect this. Gallery 116 serves American-style breakfast twenty metres from the rooms. Lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner are available by prior arrangement. The kitchen uses locally sourced ingredients. Half-day and full-day nature walks into the Erongo Mountains can be arranged; guides show San petroglyphs and cave paintings. Two wineries and a chocolatier operate in Omaruru. Parking is available on site. Management is present around the clock.
