Gamboozini Lodge

The sand dune hill rises green above Gamboozini Lodge, which occupies a site six minutes on foot from Ponta do Ouro's main beach in southern Mozambique. Seven bungalows offer en-suite showers and toilets; the Luxury Bungalow adds a separate bath and balcony with views toward the dune. The Water Tower Bungalow features a private deck and an outdoor bath built around a tree. Each bungalow holds a queen or king bed under a mosquito net. Two four-person dorms and one ten-person dorm provide budget accommodation with shared facilities; camping spots are available across the lawn and beneath trees. All units include daily cleaning and fresh towels. An outdoor pool and garden occupy the grounds. The lodge can arrange snorkelling, diving at the offshore reefs, dolphin swimming, deep-sea fishing, kitesurfing, and paragliding. The South African border at Kosi Bay lies ten kilometres south.
