Geinberg5 Private Spa Villas
Private villas at Geinberg5, set into Upper Austria's thermal spa country
Arriving by electric car, guests are met at the villa door by a private butler before heading into the resort grounds. Each villa at Geinberg5 stands alone on the edge of a natural bathing pond in the Innviertel hills of Upper Austria, with its own jetty and its own spa suite. Inside, a Finnish sauna, steam room with rain shower, and a free-standing bathtub sit alongside an open fireplace. A thermal water massage pool on the terrace runs at 36°C. It is a compact stay, built around privacy rather than communal space. The resort runs on geothermal heat and cooling, backed by a rooftop solar array, and the villas themselves offer five electric car charging points. Outdoor parking is free. Families travelling with children can request a cot, bedding, changing table, and bottle warmer set up in advance. It is a resort built for withdrawal from the everyday, not for its programme.
