Lawn runs to the Okavango River under tall riverine trees. Twenty thatched chalets face the water from the bank. Each bungalow holds either two or three beds, en-suite shower, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, and a veranda overlooking the river. Family bungalows accommodate five or seven; the seven-bed unit contains two double rooms, a loft with two beds, and two bathrooms. A single unit is accessible for guests with restricted mobility. The lodge sits 16 kilometres west of Rundu on the B10.

A floating deck extends into the river. You can hear the water from the chalets. A pool sits within the garden. The restaurant and bar serve breakfast and dinner. Boat cruises depart at sunrise for birding and at sunset with champagne; both run subject to water levels, which drop sharply between September and December. Guided tiger-fishing trips use two-person boats; basic gear is supplied. The Mbunza Cultural Village lies within walking distance of the property. Self-guided trails begin at the lodge. Secure parking, twenty-four-hour security, and laundry service are available.
