Tasting wine from the estate's vineyards, guests move between a 270-metre driving range, an 18-hole par-3 golf course, and five restaurants on a farm founded in 1699 on the Bottelary Hills above Stellenbosch. The hotel holds 39 rooms across contemporary buildings set among gardens designed by Leon Kluge; a five-bedroom villa, the Homestead, stands separately for exclusive use. Rooms carry en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and king or queen beds. Ground-floor rooms in the Homestead have four-poster king beds; three upper rooms have queens.
The restaurants operate under Michelin-starred chef Phil Carmichael. Siyalima and the Restaurant serve set menus drawn from organic ingredients grown in the harvest garden. The Eatery serves wood-fired pizzas and grilled plates. The Deli opens for breakfast and lunch on a terrace overlooking the vineyards. Marks focuses on elevated tapas intended for sharing. The wine lounge conducts tastings of the estate's range, made by winemaker Kiara Scott; a subterranean cellar library pairs each wine with a tasting plate. You can arrange picnics on the lawns beside the wetlands.
A spa offers massages, facials, and body wraps. Two padel courts and a 27-hole putting park sit beside the golf facilities. Wonderdal, an edutainment centre for children aged five to thirteen, combines indoor zones with outdoor play areas. The Marvol Gallery, housed in the original homestead, mounts rotating exhibitions. Guided art walks cover the estate's collection and current show.
