Each villa opens onto a private water-garden courtyard set within the grounds. Twenty deluxe units occupy 130 square metres; each holds a bedroom, daybed, and bathroom split between indoor and outdoor space under open sky. Two family villas add private infinity plunge pools and three bedrooms apiece. Premium villas layer local materials — timber, stone — with contemporary fittings. Air conditioning runs in every unit. The resort sits on the border of Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site covering 932 square kilometres of subtropical lowland.

Jeep safaris depart in purpose-built four-wheel-drive vehicles; naturalist guides lead routes into the park. Rapti River canoe trips launch in traditional dugout boats carved from single trees. Jungle walks cross forest and grassland on foot with a naturalist. Bird-watching excursions target the park's resident and migratory species. A visit to the crocodile breeding centre is arranged on request. Cycling routes run from the resort to Batuli Pokhari, a lake enclosed by forest. Sundowner sessions set up at viewpoints over the park as light drops. Cultural evenings in Madi village include Tharu dance performances. The open-air restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner; menus rotate daily. A spa, outdoor pool, and sun loungers occupy the central grounds. All activities and meals are included in the stay.
