Kwa Nokeng Lodge
Game drives leave from the lodge into the surrounding farm that borders the Limpopo River. You can watch hippos from the bank or spot crocodiles basking on sand. Walking trails cross the property; routes are self-guided. Clay pigeon shooting and quad biking operate on-site.
The lodge sits at Martin's Drift border post on the Botswana side, four hours from Gauteng. River cottages hold four guests in two bedrooms — one queen bed and two singles — with air-conditioning, a kitchenette, and a lounge. Thatched river chalets face the water with en-suite showers and air-conditioning. Luxury tents accommodate two on single or double beds, each with a private shower. Safari tents share ablution facilities and stand in an electrified zone along the river.
Mountain View Villa has five cottages, all en-suite with queen beds, air-conditioning, satellite television, and Wi-Fi. The villa house sleeps eight across four bedrooms — one king with en-suite bath, two queens, and one three-quarter bed. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and furnished patio open onto mountain views.
The restaurant and bar serve meals under a mashutu tree. A swimming pool anchors the main grounds. Fuel, foreign exchange, and a general store operate at the border complex. Conference facilities seat twenty in U-shape or thirty theatre-style.
