Glass doors in the 55 m² Ocean rooms open to balconies or terraces with views of turquoise water and white sand. Le Duc De Praslin occupies beachfront grounds on Praslin island in the Seychelles. The 52 units comprise 20 Ocean rooms near the shore, 20 Superior rooms at 65 m² set in gardens around fishponds and tropical planting, four Honeymoon suites of 75 to 80 m² with outdoor courtyards and outdoor showers, and eight family suites ranging from 100 to 135 m². Ocean rooms are reserved for guests 16 and older. All units include air conditioning, electronic safe, minibar, Nespresso machine, flat-screen satellite television, and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer.

Three standalone villas rise on the hillside one minute by car from the main buildings. Villa 180 spans 300 m² across two floors with three en-suite bedrooms, full kitchen, and sea-view terrace. Villa 270 at 400 m² holds four en-suite bedrooms, two kitchens, plunge pool, and barbecue. Villa 360 Luxe measures 700 m² and occupies a ridge with sea, valley, and mountain views; four bedrooms, hardwood entrance, and 360-degree sightlines define the property. Rental cars are included with villa bookings.

Le Dauphin restaurant, surrounded by fishponds and flowering plants, serves buffet breakfast and themed evening buffets. Café des Arts, positioned on the beach, offers seafood and à la carte dishes. The Charcoal bar sits poolside; Chill Out Tapas Lounge overlooks the shore. A rooftop spa, rooftop fitness centre with treadmills and free weights, and main swimming pool operate on site. The beach extends two kilometres along shallow water. Vallée de Mai nature reserve lies four kilometres away.
