Letamo at Qwabi Private Game Reserve

Set among mid-century patterns and African artefacts, the lodge holds fifty-eight rooms across four categories on the malaria-free Qwabi Private Game Reserve near Bela-Bela in the Waterberg. Deluxe rooms measure between thirty and forty square metres; some interleading units sleep two adults and two children. Premium rooms range from thirty-five to forty square metres, with private patios or balconies. Suites span the same footprint; Impala 5 is wheelchair-accessible. Luxury suites reach forty-five square metres and add private plunge pools and outdoor showers alongside bathtubs. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite television, minibars, safes, king or twin beds, and en-suite bathrooms.

Two game drives per night of stay depart morning and afternoon; times shift with the seasons. Guided walks cross the reserve with a ranger. You can hear lion and elephant from the main deck as light drops. A kids' club runs supervised activities for children aged two to eleven; a separate children's pool and jungle gym anchor the outdoor play area.
