Living Water Resort & Spa

Set on the shore of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Living Water Resort & Spa occupies the only waterfront hotel site between the Blue Mountains and the bay. The property holds deluxe rooms fitted with kitchenettes — mini fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, sink, toaster, and crockery for four — alongside one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos with full kitchens, dining areas, and separate living rooms. Most units include a balcony facing the bay or the Blue Mountains along the Niagara Escarpment.

Deluxe rooms measure 320 square feet and contain two queen beds or one king, a 42-inch television, and a bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. One-bedroom condos span 760 square feet and include a king bed, pullout sofa, walk-in shower, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. Two-bedroom condos measure 1,080 square feet and add two queen beds, a second bathroom with tub-shower combination, and three televisions. Fair CosmEthics shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided.

Living Shore Spa operates an Aquapath hydrotherapy circuit with eight water stations; the 45-minute guided session runs alongside menu treatments including massage, facials, and body wraps. The indoor pool features a children's splash zone; two hot tubs sit indoors and outdoors. A fitness centre and yoga studio offer scheduled classes. Lakeside Seafood & Grill serves seafood, steaks, and chops on a waterfront terrace overlooking the bay. The courtyard includes picnic tables, communal barbecues, a fire pit, and a playground. A rooftop walking track and lounge area face the bay and the mountains. The resort composts all restaurant waste on-site and operates 495 solar panels across the property.
