The main house holds three en-suite master rooms, each facing the Indian Ocean with sunken baths, walk-in showers, and private terraces. A standalone ocean suite sits 20 metres from the main house, with a living area, double washbasins, and terrace views. Three private villas stand apart, each with its own pool and panoramic sea outlook: Villa I runs a 30-metre pool, Villa II a 12-metre pool, and Villa III a 30-metre pool plus jacuzzi. All accommodation carries air conditioning, overhead fans, and mosquito nets.
A 50-metre infinity pool overlooks the ocean from the main house. The kitchen, trained under a Belgian chef, prepares fresh seafood, Swahili dishes, and Belgian and French cuisine. Meals are served poolside, on private villa terraces, or on the sandbank at low tide. A treatment room on the beach offers massage and beauty therapies to the sound of the ocean. Activities include snorkelling and scuba diving at Kisite Marine Park, deep-sea fishing in the Pemba Channel, and mountain biking through farmland and bush. Wasini Island lies a short boat ride offshore. Dolphin and whale-watching trips depart from the property. The estate sits 30 minutes by road from Ukunda Airstrip.
