Shaded by jackleberry, strangler fig, leadwood, and knobthorn trees, four exclusive campsites face the Kwando River lagoon and the floodplains of Bwabwata National Park. Elephants and hippos move through the site. Each pitch holds a kitchen lapa with double wash basins and hot water, a bathroom with double basin, vanity, shower, toilet, and a donkey boiler fuelled by recycled carton fire bricks, and a fire pit encircled by concrete benches and white sand. Solar-powered lights, a plug point for a car fridge, and two USB charge ports are standard. Mosaic art pieces and chandeliers made by the Sijwa Project team hang above each site.
Campsites one and two sit closer to the floodplains and are more secluded. Campsites three and four suit larger families or groups. The campsite lies forty-five minutes by 4×4 from the park entrance gate; thick sand makes four-wheel drive necessary. Bird watching and game viewing begin at the pitch. Boat cruises, fishing, guided drives, and walking safaris can be arranged off-site. Staff speak English. Twenty-four-hour security operates across the property.
