Nissi Beach Resort

Set on 500 metres of white sand fronting the turquoise waters of Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach Resort occupies 100,000 m² of Mediterranean gardens. Two hundred and seventy rooms and bungalows are distributed across the main building, the Garden Wing, and beachfront locations. Suite Beach Bungalows occupy 36 m² in a split-level configuration: bedroom and bathroom upstairs, lounge below opening directly onto lawns and the beach. Beach Bungalows at 29 m² face the sea from the gardens and accommodate three guests. Superior Sea View rooms, also 29 m², carry private balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. Sea View rooms measure 22 m² and feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors; Garden View rooms of the same size open onto bougainvillea-lined paths and an olive grove. All rooms include air conditioning, satellite television, Nespresso machine, safe, and en-suite bathroom with shower; selected categories add bathrobes and slippers.

Ambrosia Restaurant, Taverna Nissi, and Isola Beach Bar serve Mediterranean and international dishes; private dining for ten arranges beachside tables under the stars. The spa houses an indoor pool (adults only), thermal suite with sauna, steam bath, and Jacuzzi, plus treatment rooms offering Aegli Premium Organics therapies. An outdoor pool, children's pool, and playground occupy the gardens. A Kids Club runs daily programmes for ages four to twelve; babysitting is available on request. Nissi Beach awards Blue Flag status. Water sports are operated by independent providers on the sand. Ayia Napa centre lies a short distance inland; Larnaca International Airport is 40 minutes by road.
