Rhino tracking combines vehicle and walking approach

Rhino tracking at Otjiwa Collection offers a two-hour guided experience combining vehicle and foot tracking. Guests follow an experienced tracker to locate white rhinos on the reserve. The initial tracking is done by vehicle; once a rhino is found, the group approaches on foot under close guidance. The activity is suitable for small groups and excludes children under twelve. It provides insight into rhino behaviour and conservation efforts. No self-driving is permitted to protect wildlife. Water is provided, and bookings can be made in advance or at check-in.
