Palm House Boutique Hotel and Spa occupies a century-old manor house and gardens in Upper Wynberg, a suburb on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. The property holds 15 rooms and suites spread between the main house and the surrounding grounds. Ten rooms occupy the manor building; five garden suites stand in the landscaped gardens. The main house, designed by Herbert Baker, retains its original staircase and foyer.
Rooms range from the Classic Double to the Deluxe King Superior, the largest room category, located in the manor's bay-window spaces. All rooms carry en-suite bathrooms fitted with soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and bath amenities. In-room features include flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, minibar, and Nespresso machine. The Deluxe King Suite and Garden Queen Suite each open onto a private balcony or patio.
Garden suites accommodate families and groups. The Three Bedroom Family Suite sleeps six across two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with a separate lounge, dining area, and fireplace.
